Shipping Policy

All items are shipped using USPS Priority.  All orders are processed in the order they are received. I aim for a turnaround time of 2 - 3  days, however only work on fulfillment Monday - Friday.  Any order placed over the weekend will go into the queue for the next week. You will be alerted if there is a delay in your order.  All orders are shipped with packing material to get all items to you safely.  Please note that Mortar & Pestle Herbal, LLC will reuse packing materials and boxes in order to reduce environmental impact. All packing and shipping envelopes are made with 100% recycled materials.

You will receive your tracking number upon shipment via email at the provided email unless otherwise requested.
